We primarily handle light-duty vehicles such as cars, trucks, and SUVs. For larger vehicles like medium- or heavy-duty trucks and RVs, please inform us of the make and model when calling so we can make sure we have the appropriate equipment available.

Arrival times vary depending on current demand, traffic conditions, and your location. When you call, we'll provide an estimated time of arrival, prioritizing quick responses for emergency situations in our local service area.

Service costs are determined by factors such as the type of service required, towing distance, time of day, and vehicle type. We'll provide a quote or estimate over the phone after gathering the necessary details about your situation.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash payments. It's advisable to confirm accepted payment methods when booking your service.

We frequently work with major insurance providers and motor clubs such as AAA. If you have coverage, please inform our dispatcher. In many cases, we can bill your provider directly or provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement purposes.

When calling for service, please be prepared to provide your exact location (address, intersection, or highway mile marker), your name and phone number, your vehicle's make and model, and a brief description of the problem you're experiencing.

You can specify your preferred drop-off location, such as a mechanic, auto body shop, or your residence. If you don't have a preference or if your chosen destination is closed, we can temporarily store your vehicle in our secure lot until the destination becomes available.
